“The Sandman did lots of bad things and the police couldn’t catch him. Spider-Man went after him but he even got away from Spider-Man! Peter Parker (the guy that is Spider-Man) went to a Science Fair the next day and saw the Sandman there going into a machine that would copy him. He was trying to make more of himself. My favorite part was when the machine explodes! Spider-Man always saves the day.”

Parent’s comments:

We liked the comic book feel of “Spider-man: Sandman Strikes!” The illustrations and the text layout made it truly feel like we were reading a comic book. Spider-Man is one of my son’s favorite superheroes and he enjoyed seeing Spider-Man defeat the villain once again!
