Cayden’s comments:

“In this book there are lots of different things that are dots. On every page there is something that is a dot. I thought that they look more like circles though. I thought a dot was like a period that you put at the end of a sentence. One of the pictures has oranges on a tree, some on the ground, and a guy picking them. One has all of the peas in a peapod. Peas are dots. I like peas but I don’t like the pods. My favorite picture is the last one in the book where it has pictures of everything that has dots that was in the story.”

Parent’s comments:

“Lots of Dots” is a creative book that was a lot of fun to read. My son loved seeing all of the different “dots” that there are in real-life. I, like my son, thought that they were really circles and not technically dots though, especially the larger ones like the tires on a car. Regardless of the terminology used though, we enjoyed the book. After we read it, my son started to notice other “dots” in our house and outside.
