“Never Kick a Ghost and Other Silly Chillers” by Judy Sierra is a book with five ghost stories and some funny riddles on tombstones.

My favorite story in the book was “Never Kick a Ghost.”  A mean, mean man kicked at a ghost, and the ghost kept getting bigger.  Finally the mean man ran home and got into his bed and said four words before he died, “Never kick a ghost.”
I also really liked the story about the big slobbery monster.  It had a really funny ending that you will have to read about.
My brothers and I really liked the funny riddles on the tombstones, and we keep saying them over and over and making up our own versions.
I think everybody, except people who are very badly scared by ghost stories, would like “Never Kick a Ghost and Other Silly Chillers.”
