Paola: I really liked the pictures in “If You Were Me and Lived in Hungary” by Carol P Roman, and didn’t know that Hungary was a country until now. I now want to try water polo, because my mom told me my uncle used to play it when he was younger. I also now call my mom “Anya.” It was fun exploring!

Mom: “If You Were Me and Lived in Hungary” by Carol P Roman had one or two typos, but other than that this little book was fun for both myself and Paola. I learned quite a bit about Hungary, like why the capital is named Budapest, and found the illustrations to be cute and engaging. In this edition, you learn a little bit about geography, geology, Hungarian words, and history. I really like the series and look forward to learning about more countries!
