“Inside Outside” by Lizi Boyd is a really beautiful book and I love all the pictures. It is a story of a kid (boy or girl?) from Asia and on almost every page there is a window that you could see through all the seasons of the year. He has a dog, a turtle, a cat and two mice.
On each season he always is doing lots and lots of things inside and outside; like planting or playing in the snow or the rain, and inside he is coloring, painting or reading. It looks like he lives by himself and he is always doing something different and likes to take care of things around the house. The book doesn’t have words but I just like it because you could still imagine and think your story. I super-duper like this book.
Paola really loves the “Inside Outside” by Lizi Boyd. She likes the fact that she is making up her own story and playing. She loves the pictures as well. The only thing she was not clear about was whether the character was a boy or a girl.
