Incredible Inventions
I didn’t find the pictures very appealing. They didn’t have very much detail. I have to admit that I was kind of disappointed when I opened this book up. It wasn’t at all what I expected. There was no real information about inventions, except for a short section called “about the inventions.” There were five funny sentences about how band-aids were invented by some fellow whose wife kept accidentally cutting herself. People who like poetry might really like “Incredible Inventions” by Lee Bennett Hopkins. I think the book will gather dust on my shelf. |
